Billions of people in the world's poorest countries are held captive by debts that can never be repaid. Year after year their governments struggle to pay back millions of pounds which take money away from where it is really needed.
WDM campaigns for an end to all poor country debt. We also demand an end to the practice of rich countries offering debt relief in exchange for unfair access to poor country markets.
In Scotland, WDM Scotland works closely with Jubilee Scotland.
